Anyone For Coffee?
Now a coffee shop, this delightful old canal-side building dates from around 1800 when the canal was built. The motor yacht 'Pelagos Venture', an Isle of Man based vessel sits in the canal basin ready for her exit into the Atlantic via the sea loch at Crinan. Launched in 1972 by the famous traditional boat builders RJ Prior of Burnham and converted from a trawler in the early 1990’s. She's available for hire at £400 per day plus fuel and food.

The entrance to the canal at Crinan is guarded by a small hexagonal lighthouse. The light is visible for four miles across the Sound of Jura.
